A Night at the Casino: Glitz, Giving, and a Game-Changing Announcement

Our inaugural A Night at the Casino fundraiser was an unforgettable evening of fun, flair, and heartfelt impact. Held at the Country Club of Peoria, this event brought together supporters, friends, and community partners for a night of blackjack tables, signature cocktails, live music, and incredible prizes... all in support of families affected by PI.

But the biggest win of the night wasn’t at the tables, it was a milestone moment for the Yellow Bear Foundation and the families we serve.

During the program, our president, Alexandria Lavin, took the stage to share an exciting announcement: we are opening a brand-new medical office in Peoria through a powerful partnership with Midwest Allergy Sinus Asthma SC!

This new facility will provide expert, compassionate care to children and adults living with immune disorders and chronic illnesses—right here in our community. It represents more than expanded access; it represents hope, healing, and progress for families navigating the complexities of PI.

The energy in the room that night was electric. But more than that, it was deeply meaningful. Every ticket purchased, every chip played, every dollar donated helped bring this vision to life. Check out our recap video below:
